Refund and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If it’s not quite perfect for you, we’re here to help. If you are considering a return, the current policy includes: 

Full Priced Items

You may return or exchange a Full Priced* items for a refund within 12 days from the date of delivery. The items must be in their original condition - that means unworn, unused, and with all swing tags and packaging still attached. We do inspect all returns at our warehouse. If it looks like an item’s been worn or the tags have been removed, we may not be able to process the return or exchange. 

Postage costs are at the cost of the customer.

**A Full Priced items refers to products sold at the recommended retail price, with or without application of a discount code. It does not apply to those products marked ‘sale’.     

Sale Items

Where an item is on sale, you may exchange any Sale item** within 12 days from the date of delivery. As always, the items must be in their original condition - that means unworn, unused, and with all swing tags and packaging still attached. We do inspect all returns at our warehouse. If it looks like an item’s been worn or the tags have been removed, we may not be able to process the return or exchange. 

Postage costs are at the cost of the customer.

**A Sale item refers to products purchased at a reduced price, marked as ‘sale’. It does not apply to those products with a discount code applied.

Defective Items

Although our products have been through a series of quality assurance checks, we aren’t perfect. If you receive a defective or faulty product, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@sabilane.au. Please include your order number and photos of the defect for our review. Following inspection at our warehouse, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. Postage costs will be reimbursed by SABI LANE. 

How to start a return

To lodge a return request, please email us at hello@sabilane.au and include the:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photographic evidence of where there is a defect or damage.
