Welcome to SABI LANE’s online platform. By accessing or using this website or any services provided by SABI LANE, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use our platform.

A “Full Priced Items” refers to products sold at the recommended retail price, with or without application of a discount code. It does not apply to those products marked ‘sale’.

A “Sale Item” refers to products purchased at a reduced price, marked as ‘sale’. It does not apply to those products with a discount code applied.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Please review these Terms periodically.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and software, is the property of SABI LANE and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission from SABI LANE.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
We appreciate the time taken to submit your thoughts and feedback on our products. By submitting reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Platform, you grant SABI LANE a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, display, and distribute such content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. PAYMENT AND FRAUD PREVENTION
All payments made via the Platform are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with the payment processor’s terms and conditions, and you authorize SABI LANE to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount. We reserve the right to verify your identity to prevent fraudulent transactions. Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in the cancellation of your order.
6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to maintain accurate descriptions of our products at all times. In some instances, there may be unexpected lags which cause descriptions, pricing, or availability of items to be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders, if necessary. As always, this will be communicated to affected customers in a timely and appropriate manner.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SABI LANE will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your order as soon as possible after purchase to meet the estimated timeframe. We partner with Australia Post for all deliveries and follow their estimated delivery timeframes. Delays in shipping may occur due to external factors, including shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. While We are not responsible for these delays, We will take all reasonable avenues to advise You of any updates and support manage any implications.
At this time, we only ship within Australia and do not offer international (worldwide) shipping.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The current policy includes:

Refund on return of Full Price within 12 days from date of delivery.

Exchange of any Full Price item within 12 days from date of delivery.

Exchange of any Sale item within 12 days from date of delivery.

No refunds or exchange on worn/used items.
Refer to the Returns page for more information. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer, with the exception of faulty or defective products.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
SABI LANE will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to disasters and/or other emergencies, strikes, lockouts, civil unrest, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances. We value transparency. Where such circumstances may emerge, SABI LANE will use reasonable avenues to communicate any implications on service delivery to affected customers.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If you have a problem with a product or service you purchased from us, SABI LANE’s total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service within the last 12 months. We are not liable for any losses beyond that amount, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We take your privacy seriously and want you to feel safe with us. We are committed to protecting your personal data. Your use of our Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process your personal data in compliance with relevant data protection regulations. 12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute between SABI LANE and the Customer, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral third-party arbitrator, and any judgment or award rendered will be final and binding.
13. AGE RESTRICTIONS
By using this Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may only use this Platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or affiliates. SABI LANE is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms and conditions of these third-party websites. You use these services at your own risk and agree to comply with the third-party terms.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any disputes.
